Second pair of Ascend One shoes I have purchased that were defective or had poor quality control. 1st pair had a rip in the outer cloth on the heel after first weekend of wear. They were likely already cut on delivery, I just didn't notice until after the first weekend of use. I hand sewed the cut together and they lasted a decent amount of time. But I just got a 2nd pair for my son for Christmas and after only 5 weeks of wear, the heel area of the sole is separating from the shoe. Of course it is just outside of the 30day return policy.
What I like about the scraplife shoes (at lease the Ascend One) is that they are wider than most wrestling shoes that are too narrow for my feet. But having shoes fall apart almost right out of the box is unacceptable.
I contacted CS by phone and email to make a return but they never responded at all. I will never buy from them again

Do you have a tracking number? The same day we ordered Scrap Life shoes, we also ordered some Rudis. The Rudis shoes arrived over a week ago. We still have not received the Scrap Life shoes. Kim Ball, Maui-Hawaii
